A capacitor is made up of two plates reparated by a sheet of insulating material 3mm thick and of relative permittivity (dielectric constant) 4. The distance between the plates is increased to allow the insertion of a second sheet 5mm thick and relative permittivity  ?_r . if the capacitance of the capacitor so formed is one half of the original capacitance, find the value of ?_r
