How long will it take to raise the temperature

How long will it take to raise the temperature of 1000 grams of water in a percolator from 18^oC to 100^oC if the voltage is 120V and the heater resistance is 21 ?. Assume heat loss by radiation of 25%. Take J = 4.2 J/calorie. Also find the cost of energy if the price of once kwh of energy is 0.36 taka.
