A thermo-couple is made of copper and constantan. Determine the e.m.f. developed in the couple for difference of temperatures of 250 ^oC between its junctions. Given that the thermo-electric e.m.fs. of copper and constantan are 7.4 and -34.4 micro-volts per ^oC temperature difference with respect to platinum.
