1. How many different 10 letter "words" can you create using 1 A, 2 B's, 3 C's, and 4 D's?



2. In how many ways can a committee of 8 men and 6 women be chosen from an organization that contains 12 men and 14 women?



3. You have to create a (not very secure) password. The password is to be 4 letters long, made up of letters and digits. How many passwords are possible?



4. Each of the letters in the word SAMSUNG are on separate cards, face down in the table. If you pick a card at random, what is the probability that it's letter will be S or U?



5. Half the faces of a fair die are painted blue, half yellow. The die is rolled 3 times. What is the probability that the die will turn up blue all 3 times?



6. Suppose you flip a coin 6 times. What is the probability that a head appears for the first time on flip number 4?



7. You flip a coin 6 times. What's the probability that you get 3 heads and 3 tails?
