There are 2 problems that I don't understand from my homework, could you please help me?

1) You need to make 0.500 L of a 3.0 M solutions of hydrochloric acid from a 12.0 M stock solution of the acid. Describe how you would make this solution including the specific amount of concentrated acid you will need.





2) You react 250.0 mL of 0.200 M CaCL2 with 300.0 mL of 0.150 M K2CO3 per the following reaction :



K2CO3(aq) + CaCL2(aq) -----> CaCO3(downarrow) + 2KCL(aq)



a) Which is the reactant (if any) is the limiting reagent?

b) How many grams of insoluble product will form?

c) What are the concentrations of K^+ and Ca^2+ after the reaction has proceeded to completion?
