Determine the frequency of the time base

A simple neo-tube time base for a cathode-ray oscillograph employs 1,50,000 ? and a 0.064 µF capacitor. The striking and extinction voltages of the neon tube are 190 V and 150 V respectively. Determine the frequency of the time base if the supply voltage is 250 volts.
