Determine the value of V.

One electrostatic voltmeter gave a deflection of 25 scale divisions when idiostatically connected to a p.d. of 60 volts and gave a deflection of 10 scale divisions when used heterostratically with the quadrants give a small p.d. of V volts and the vane connected to 900 V supply. Determine the value of V.
