Biology Homework

I had a lab and now i have questions that go with it.

Its about the Human Karyotype form. My result was 46 chromosomes, Male, type disorder-none

because all of the 23 pairs have 2 chromosomes none are missing or extras, i think it's no disorder but i don't know. So now its asking " If your job were to inform the parents of the fetus of their test results, what would you say? " ... I'm not sure if the test results are accurate. Please help, thanks!
