Desperately need help on my math homework

I need help with three communication questions.. Please help!



1. "Determine whether the statement as always, sometimes, never true. Give examples or a counter example to verify your reasoning. When multiplying two numbers written in scientific notation, the resulting number can have no more than two digits to the left of the decimal point."



2. "which is greater, 100^10 or 10^100? Explain your reasoning"



3. "Right the steps that you would use to divide numbers written in scientific notation. Then describe how you would write the result standard form. Demonstrate by finding a/b for a= 2 X 10^3 and b= 4 X 10^5 "
