Statistics help!? Nonstandard Normal Distribution

Statistics help!? Nonstandard Normal Distribution

This question has 3 parts. The first two I find easily but the 3rd part I am totally clueless.

A survey found that women's heights are normally distributed with mean 63.6 in and standard deviation 2.6 in. The survey also found that men's heights are normally distributed with a mean of 67.7 in and standard deviation 2.7 in.

Part a.) Most of the live characters at an amusement park have height requirements with a min. of 4ft 9in and a max of 6ft 4in. Find the percentage of women meeting the height requirement. answer: 99.45%

Part b.) Find percentage of men meeting the requirement. answer: 99.89%

Part c.) If the height requirements are changed to exclude only the tallest 5% of men and the shortest 5% of women, what are the new height requirements?

I know 5%=.05 and the answers are min= 59.3 and max= 72.1 BUT HOW DO I FIND THOSE ANSWERS. I have table A-2 printed and I've tried using the x=u+(z*o) formula but I'm not solving it correctly. But I don't know how to use them to solve this problem. My online homework help walks me through it but not through this last part, it gives me .05 the means and standard deviation numbers again and I'm like WTF do I do with these. If anybody has any clue please help me.
