How to find Upper and Lower Limits without Population Size + Percentiles?

I am very sorry to bother you but I am an Indian boy attending North Carolina State University and I have always had a dream about being an engineer.



My professor gave us hard homework and I talked to all my dears, nobody can help me. I need to answer these 4 questions for one of my Industrial Engineering classes, if I fail to answer there, I lose my scholarship and go back to India :(



Please friends, help this Indian boy who dream about being Engineer



1)



a) What are the upper and lower limits of the central 90% of this range? Mean= 143 cm SD= 4 cm





b) What is the 95th Percentile of this distribution Mean= 98 cm SD= 4 cm



c) What is the 5th Percentile of this distribution Mean= 154.5 SD= 7 cm



d) What are the upper and lower limits of the central 90% of this range? Mean= 74 cm SD= 5.5 cm



I tried to talk to professor but he did not want to help me :( He said that if I don't know this. I should quit the Engineering and go back to India. He made me feel very bad :( :(
