Help with a maths quadratic functions question!?

OMG someone please help me! We have to complete this worksheet as part of our holiday homework but no matter how hard I try I just don't get it!

The question is:

1. Miss pea wishes to fence off a rectangular vegetable garden in her backyard. She has 20m of fencing wire which she will use to fence three sides of the garden. The timber fence along the boundary will form the fourth side. Calculate the maximum area that Jenny can enclose for the vegetable garden and the dimensions for this area.

A) if x represents the length of the vegetable garden which is opposite the timber fence, draw a diagram to represent this info.

B) express the width of the vegetable garden in terms of x and label the diagram

C) show that the equation for the area of the vegetable garden is A=10x-x^2/2

D) determine a suitable domain for the area A of the vegetable garden.

E) on an appropriate set of axes, sketch the quadratic function that models the area of the vegetable garden for all possible values of x.

Please help! I'm desperate!
