4. We have a line charge of value 50uC/m that runs along the y=-4. Calculate the E field at the point (0,0,0) in free space



5. We have a point of charge at the point (2,-4,0) of value 25uC. At the point (0,-4,0) what is the E field?



2. a) Is the operation A• (CXD) a valid operation, A, C, D are vectors, explain why

or why not.





b) Given the Vector B = 5ax-1ay + 2az, place it the form of a magnitude times its

unit vector.



c) Using the definition of dot product find the angle between these 2 vestors:

A = 4ax +3ay + 5az, and B = 2 ax+1ay + 2az



d) Given A = 5ax - 3ay + 4az and B = 3ax -9az find AxB
