Computer Science Java programming question

What I'm trying to do is:



1) Ask the user to input an a yes or no answer to a question



2) If the inputted answer is no, the program will ask a question different from the question the program would ask if the inputted answer was yes



Can you please help me out? Would I use an if-else code? Thanks!
