Aerospace Engineering Question

An aerobatic aircraft weighing 3,500 kgs climbs at an average speed of 100 m/s to an altitude of 1,500 metres in 30 seconds from a standing start. By suitable management of flying surfaces and engine, the speed has reduced to zero on the Air Speed Indicator at the moment the aircraft starts a dive.

The aircraft enters a dive, losing 1,000 metres altitude and attains a speed of 140 m/s before starting its level run in for the airshow crowd.

At the top of the dive,

What work has been done to reach 1500 m ?

What power has been used to reach 1500m?

Someone please help I've tried EVERYTHING but I still cant do this! :(
