Simple Sociology Question!!!!! Please Answer!?

I am looking into sociology, and just wanted to ask around and find out what people thought an interesting social behavior was. It could be anger, laughter, sadness, or how people interact with each other, such as behaviors when stressed, like tapping pencils during tests. What do you find most interesting, and why? Thanks!
