What is the distance between Si-Si atoms?

In the crystal structure of Si the silicon atom resides at fractional coordinates 0.125 / 0.125 / 0.125.
One symmetry-equivalent position to this is 0.875 / 0.375 / 0.375.
the unit cell dimension is 5.43A

What are the Si positions in one unit cell and what is the shortest Si-Si distance?
The answer is 2.35A but I don't know how to get this value, could anybody please help
