STATS P-value question??? Please help!!!

Previously, 4% of mothers smoked more than 21 cigarettes during their pregnancy. An obstetrician believes that the percentage of mothers who smoke 21 or more is less likely than 4% today. She randomly selects 160 mothers and finds 5 of them smoked 21 or more cigarettes during pregnancy. Does the sample data support the obstetricians belief? Use a=0.05 level of significance.

I cannot figure out how they got 0.379 as the P-value for this. How did they even go about finding the P-value? I've tried everything.
