I've tried everything in this problem and I keep getting the wrong answer. Here's the problem:

Previously, 9.8% of workers had a travel time to work of more than 60 minutes. An economist believes that if the percentage increased since then. She randomly selects 90 workers and finds that 10 of them have travel time to work is more than 60 minutes.

They are saying the P-value is 0.388. How? I don't get how they calculated to get that P-value.
