Physics homework??

A) With what minimum speed must you toss a 190g ball straight up to just touch the 12-m-high roof of the gymnasium if you release the ball 1.2m above the ground? Solve this problem using energy.

B) With what speed does the ball hit the ground?

I was able to solve part A:
mgh = (1/2)m(v)^2
v= sqrt(2gh)
v= sqrt(2*9.8*12) = 14.549 m/s
