Linear Algebra: Distance between two lines and points?



Let P=(4?5,2), Q=(3?2,0), R=(6?5,2) and S=(3?6,0). Let l1 be the line passing through P and Q, and let l2 be the line passing through R and S.

(i) The distance between R and l1 is?
(ii) between l1 and l2?

I am really stuck and tried several approaches. Can someone walk me through how to do this question?

I first decided to find the direction vectors of each line and tried projection and such without any luck... I'm confused!
