1Na2SO4(s)+4C(s) --> 1 Na2S(s) + 4CO(g) (Already balanced)

a) If you start with 36.4 g of sodium sulfate and 24.3 g carbon, calculate the maximum mass of sodium sulfide that could be produced.

b) Assume the reaction in part (a) goes to completion. Calculate the mass of excess reactant that will remain.

c) If 18.0 g of sodium sulfide is actually produced by the reaction in part (a), calculate the percent yield for this reaction.
