How ot solve my physics homework help?

I have some extra credit problems for school that I have the option to do over break. I was able to do a lot of them! But a few are giving me some trouble. I need some help explaining how to solve them, because sometimes I forget which equation to use for what. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :) Thanks!

-A body starts at rest, and then begins to spin with constant angular accel. Soon, it reaches an angular velocity of 10 rad/sec when its angular displacement is 20 rad. What is its angular acceleration?
-The angular velocity of a rotating disk body with radius 50 cm increases from 2 rad/sec to 5 rad/sec in 1/2 second. (0.5) What is the tangential accel. of a point on the rim of the disk during this time interval?
