Math homework problem?

I just really love how multi-dimensional this problem is, who wants to help me solve it? A payload is released at 200 ft from a crane that is rising at a rate of 10 ft/s. Assume the acceleration, a(t), due to gravity is -32 ft/s.

a. Find v(t) and s(t).

b. When does the object reach its maximum height? What is the maximum height?

c. When does the object hit the ground? How fast is it moving when it hits the ground?
