John personally tends on his own cornfield and he is currently deciding on the best time to harvest his crops.

He estimates that if he harvests now, he will obtain 1,000 bags, which he can sell at $3 per bag. However, he estimates that his crop will increase in yield by an additional 1,200 bags of corn for each week he delays harvesting, but the price will drop at a rate of 50 cents per bag per week of delay. In addition, it is also likely that he will experience spoilage of about 200 bags per week of delay.

When should he harvest his corn to obtain the largest revenue (no. of weeks; one decimal place)? How much will be received for his crop at the time?
