Nutribullet Rx not operating at programed time.?

Hello, I have a Nutribullet Rx and it seems to work fine. But the problem I am having is that it does not run at the specified time as indicated in the user guide and on the infomercial. I would like to know if the electrical differences between the USA and Jamaica would cause the unit not to operate at the time it was programed to. Jamaica uses a 110/120 volts @ 50hertz, while the USA uses 110/120 volts @ 60hertz. would the frequency difference cause the Nutribullet to run at 35 secs instead of 60 secs?, the machine also runs less than 7 minutes on the Soup making mode, it goes for 4 minutes instead of 7. I would like to know what is causing this, and is there any dangers that can result from this difference, is the unit operating safely?, the wattage of the unit is 1700 watts and it runs at 120v @60hertz.
