HELP! Chemistry, first order reaction question!?

A first order reaction with a rate constant of 0.04519 s-1 has been reacting for 45.00 seconds and the current concentration of A is 0.1275 M.

1) What is the current rate of reaction?

2) What was the initial rate of reaction? (HINT -- you need to solve for something else first before calculating the initial rate)

How do I set this up!? I'm usually asked to figure out the constant, but since I'm given the constant and asked the rate I'm not sure how to do this :/
