A capacitor is composed of two plates separated by a sheet of insulating material  3mm thick and of ?_r = 4 . The Distance between the plates is increased to allow the insertion of a second sheet 5mm thick and of relative permittivity ?_r. If the capacitance of the capacitor so formed is one half of the original capacitance find the value of ?_r. ?
