Long physics question, can anyone help?

Suppose an initially stationary 4.0 kg squid ejects 0.30 kg of water at a speed of 15 m/s

a. How fast does the squid move after ejecting the water?

b. What is the kinetic energy of the water? Of the squid?

Now, assume that the squid ejects 0.60 kg of water at a speed of 7.5 m/s.

c. How fast does the squid move after ejecting the water?

d. What is the kinetic energy of the water? Of the squid?

Finally, think about efficiency.

e. Does ejecting more water at a lower speed increase or decrease efficiency? Explain.
