PLEASE HELP CHEMISTRY?

So I am doing a chemistry project and I chose this experiment: the effect of different brands of antacid and their ingredients on the rate of neutralization on stomach acidity.

Basically, I'm just testing Pepcid, Tums, Rolaid and Equate antacids and put each of those tablets in a test tube containing lemon juice.

Then we will see how the color changes.

But my teacher gave me an average grade for my research plan because I didn't do:

1 . What am I measuring?
2. How will I monitor my data?

How could I revise this experiment to be better and more complex?
