Physics radiation question?

If I could get some help on this question that would be great!

Suppose that you had a source of .4 MeV gamma rays that exceeded a safe radiation level by a factor of 10 when it was held 10cm from your body.

a) What thickness of lead sheet should you use to enclose the source, to reduce your dose by a factor of 10?

b) Alternatively, at what distance should you keep the source from your body, if there is only air between you and the source?

I found that the mass absorption coefficient for lead at .4 MeV is .208. Not sure if that is helpful. Thanks!
