Physics; maximal transmission and maximal reflection?

A thin film (n = 1.26) is deposited on a glass plate (n = 1.47) and illuminated with light of wavelength 560 nm (measured in air). The light beam is perpendicular to the plate. What is the minimum (nonzero) thickness for the film that will
(a) maximally transmit and
(b) maximally reflect the light?

I know the answer to (a) is 111.11 nm and the answer the (b) is 222.22 nm.

Can someone show me how to work this? Thank you in advance,
