Need help calculating percent yeld and related things!?

Hello, I'm doing practice problems to learn how to find percent yield, theoretical yield, and converting between moles and grams, but I'm stuck! Here's the problem:

NaCl + H2O + CO2 + NH3 ______> NaHCO3 + NH4Cl

1) You dissolve an excess of NaCl in a solution containing 45.0 mL of 3.41 M ammonia. You bubble in an excess of CO2.
Calulate the theoretical yield of sodium bicarbonate.

2)You dissolve 6.35 g of NaCl in a solution containing an excess of ammonia. You bubble in an excess of CO2.
Calulate the theoretical yield of sodium bicarbonate.

3) In problem 2 above, in which you could theoretically convert 6.35 g of NaCl into sodium bicarbonate,
calculate the percent yield if you actually obtained 5.3474 g of pure sodium bicarbonate.

Thanks! :)
