Induction motor?

yesterday my induction motor stop working by turing off the motor switch automaticaly (motor heats up) 
now without connecting 
load its getting off automatically after 5-10 sec. 
a mechanic opend and told that its starting coil get burnd single side only 1 of 4, they told the corrent gone only to 1 coil thats the problem. 
whats the next step to get my motor to work as orginal condition , should i change the whole winding ? whats may the approx cost
