Consider the transformation Rθ : R2 → R2 that takes a vector on the plane and rotates it counterclockwise 
by a fixed angle θ. Arguing geometrically, explain why T is a linear transformation. Then find the matrix of T (in terms of the angle θ). Is this transformation one-to-one or onto? Justify your answer geometrically.
