How do you determine which method is most accurate in chemistry? (Excel)?

Mg (s) + 2HCl (aq) -> MgCl2 (aq) + H2 (g) 

I did a lab on titration (with NaOH being added), crystallization and using an ideal gas law for chemistry. We were trying to determine which method is most ideal when determining the limiting reactant for an HCl and Mg (metal strips) reaction. With excel, they all seemed precise because the R^2 factors were close to 1. However, I m confused on how to determine the accuracy. I know that it s the slope of the graph that needs to be looked at, and that for titration, the slope needs to be closest to 2. How do I find out what the slopes need to be closest to for titration and the ideal gas law? My professor only gave us the titration one.
