Physics question related to circular motion?

1. A student swings a rubber bung in a circle by a piece of string. It goes in a circle. Draw arrows with labels showing the velocity, force and the acceleration for the rubber bun. 

> So basically draw a circle, and the rubber bun is now located at the right side, (you know east if we say that North is pointing upwards on the page you drew the circle on) and please tell me weather the force in down, right or left for acceleration, force and velocity thank you. 

2. A tramper throws a banana horizontally from a cliff top. The fruit travels 25m horizontally and drops 50m. At what speed did he throw it? (g=9.8ms-2) 

Both questions answered = 10pts
