High School Engineering Problem help?

A cyclist is traveling up a 10 percent grade. He and his bike weigh 150 lbs. The length of the crank is 7" and the front sprocket is 6" in diameter. The diameter of the rear wheel is 26". The rider can comfortably apply 40 lbs to the bicycle pedal. 

What is the size of the rear sprocket, and what is the minimum torque needed at the rear wheel to move the bicycle uphill?
