CALCULUS QUESTION! URGENT!!?

The helix parametrized by (x,y,z)=(16cos(t),16sin(t),t) meets the hyperboloid z^2−14z+301=x^2+y^2in two points. 
At either of these points, the acute angle θ between the tangent to the helix and the normal to the hyperboloid is the same. 
The value of sec(θ)^2 is:
