Stats distribution question- please help?

A traffic officer observes a particular section of the N2 highway routinely. He observes a female driver passing by on average once in every 12 seconds. 

Q1: What is the probability that the traffic officer will observe more than 5 female drivers passing by in a minute? 
Q2: If a women driver has just passed by, what is the probability the traffic officer waits less than 15 seconds before the next women driver passes by?
