Calculation to find Line and Phase currents?

1) A400/230V star-connected system has three equal loads of 11.5ohms per phase. The line and phase currents will be, respectively: 
(a)34A and 34A (b)20A and 20A (c) 34A and 20A (d) 20A and 34A. 
My answer: (b) but I'm not sure if I should use Lv to calculate it and which the answer is (a)? 

2)A delta-connected load is supplied at 400V with a line current of 36.4A. The phase current will be: 
(a)12.1A (b)21A (c)36.4A (d)60A 
My answer: (b) but I'm not sure if I'm right?
