Help please!! "From a 10mL original sample of X, you remove 100uLs - dilute tenfold serially 6 times, and plate 100uL of each dilution onto a differential medium. Two kinds of colonies appear: baby/blue and red/white. After eliminating contamination and TNTC or TFTC plates, two dilution plates remain with countable colonies: a 10e5 dilution with 43 baby/blue colonies and a 10e6 dilution with 231 red/white colonies. 
Total number of baby/blue cells (CFU/mL) in the original sample? 
Total combined number of baby/blue and red/white cells (CFU/mL) in the original sample?"
