Computer Engineering or Engineering Science?

Hello, 

I am currently hesitating between taking engineering science at one university and computer engineering at another university (the prestige is similar for both). My problem is that I'm extremely passionate about physics (quantum mechanics and thermodynamics mainly), and I am pretty good at software design and understand computer hardware pretty well. Both areas interest me but I'm inclined to pick the physics one. However, I'm afraid that I might be narrowing down my options if I pick the physics program. Which do you guys think I should pick?
