Need some chemical information !!!?

I need some chemicals for the following purpose :- 

1.) Something that will dissolve wool , but not affect silk or cotton. 

2.) Some thing that will break away the dyes in wool & silk but will not harm them. 

3.) Something to soften wool & silk , increase their shine. 

I am a rug manufacturer and we have always used the traditional washing recipes. But lately, I have seen my competitors come up with superior washing techniques no doubt using some chemicals. Any help would be appreciated.
