3' GTT GAG ACC GCC* 5' 
Gln Leu Trp Arg 

Suppose that the C* is hydroxylated and the damaged base is not repaired. Show the DNA molecules that would be present after 2 rounds of replication, including sequence of all DNA strands and indicate 5' to 3' polarity. 

What double stranded DNA sequence should be considered mutant, what one is wild type and what will still be targets for DNA repair?
