Marks on a class test from a large statistics unit are known to follow a normal distribution. The marks from a random sample of 25 students are recorded and the mean mark is found to be equal to 49 with a standard deviation of 14. We wish to test: 

H0: μ = 52 (the population mean mark is 52) 
H1: μ ≠ 52 (the population mean mark is not equal to 52) 

What is the estimated standard error of the sample mean? (1dp) 

What is the absolute value of the test statistic? (3dp)
