Conical tank problem?

i have to determine the discharge rate of water through a conical pipe with the radius of 3m and a height of 10m and a hole of 5 cm as a function of the water level and plot the results. i was wondering if the bernoulli equation is the right one to deterine a rate of chage in a conical tank e.g. 
(p1/Pg) + (v12/2g) + h1 = (p2/Pg) + (v22/2g) + h2. any assistance?
