I need help to design and produce a car for manufacture?

The basics 
hi-mileage, 2 seater, diesel, modular suspension, quick release engine, Continously varable transmission, aluminum frame, upper/lower control arms front and rear, Torsion bar suspension w/ electronic suspension ride height, manual steering, made for manufacturing/ ease of maintenance/ machine servicablility 

Im looking for Mechanical engineers, industrial engineers, electronics engineers, electrical engineers, manufacturing engineers, diesel engine designers. 

no money until we can demonstrate the feasibility of our design as a commercial product. 

Why would you do this? For the love of automobiles, because you want to change the world, so you can help those in need, to remove greed from the system, to make the best most affordable car in the world, to be apart of something bigger than yourself, to follow your dreams.
