Help understanding a couple of questions on chem lab?

In lab class we done a vinegar titration lab with NaOH. I am stuck on these 3 questions.

1. How would your calculated percent CH3COOH be affected if your flask had traces of acid in it?
a. lower b. higher c. same

2. How would your calculated percent CH3COOH be affected if your buret had traces of acid in it?
a. lower b. higher c. same

3. Why is it OK to add water to the vinegar flask before titration even though you just very
carefully measured and added a precise amount of vinegar?

a. Water will neutralize the vinegar just like NaOH does b. The water quickly reacts with vinegar to make harmless formic acid c. The number of moles of acetic acid is not changed, so the same number of moles (and same volume) of NaOH is still required for neutralization. d. It is NOT OK to add water, as this will cause a wormhole to open that will rip apart the fabric of space-time.
