Biology help? please urgent????

A student is given four samples and told they are insulin (a protein hormone), sucrose (a disaccharide), saturated fatty acid(butter), and DNA. The samples are in test tubes marked 1, 2, 3, and 4, but doesn t know which compound is in which tube. She is instructed to identify the contents of each tube. 

a. In her first test, she tries to hydrolyze a portion of the contents of each tube. Hydrolysis occurs in all tubes except tube 3. 

b. In the next test, she finds that tubes 1 and 2 are positive for nitrogen 

c.Test tube 4 is tested and found to be composed of 12 carbons, 12 oxygens, and 24 hydrogens 

d. The last test shows that the compound in test tube contains a high percentage of phosphate 

Based on this data, what are the contents of each test tube and an explanation of why it is that substance.
